How do I check if a product has a certain ingredient?

What ingredients are NOT used in your products?

Our formulas will always be free of silicone, sulfate, petroleum, mineral oil, parabens, synthetic color, and phthalates oils.

Why is the consistency different from the product I previously ordered?

We use natural ingredients without the use of harsh chemicals. Due to the nature of the ingredients, the consistency and scent may differ.

Are your products tested on animals?

We do not test on animals or have animal byproducts as ingredients.

Are your products vegan?

Yes, our products do not contain animal products or animal derived ingredients.

What if I had an allergic reaction to your product?

We recommend discontinue use immediately and seek advice from a medical professional that can provide you with details on what ingredients may have caused the adverse reaction.

What if I did not receive an order confirmation email?

Order confirmation emails are sent out within 30 minutes of order receipt. Please check your spam/junk folders. If it has been longer than 30 minutes, please contact our customer care team via Live Chat or email and we will review your order.

Do I need to register for an account to place an order on

No, we do not require an account on for you to place an order. Instead, you have the option to checkout as a guest. If you do decide to register for a free account, you will have access to fast checkout, shipping status updates, and your order history.

What do I do if my payment was declined?

If your payment has been declined, please verify that the billing address matches the address on record with your issuing bank. Please take note of any error messages that appeared on the checkout page when your payment was declined and contact our customer care team via Live Chat or email

I received an error message that my order cannot be completed but I was still charged. Why?

When your card declined, the funds are placed on a temporary hold instead of completing the transaction. This may be caused by an incorrect input of information or choosing an invalid payment option. The temporary hold will reverse within 3-5 business days. If the funds are not available after that time period, please contact the number on the back of your card for further information.

Do you charge sales tax on orders?

Yes, sales tax is applied to orders according to the products purchased and the sales tax laws required by the state in the shipping address.
